Dinner Rolls

Here is an easy dinner roll recipe for the bread machine.  I was doing a little practice for Thanksgiving!

1 cup warm water

2 T margarine, cut up

3 T brown sugar

1 1/2 teas. salt

1 cup whole wheat flour

2 cups unbleached flour

1 1/2 teas. instant yeast

Run this in the bread machine on the dough cycle.  Then separate it into 16 equal pieces and make into balls.  Brush a little oil on each piece of dough and roll the top into some sesame or poppy seeds.  Place into an oiled 8×8 pan to rise.  Cover while the dough rises. (I cover with a cut-open plastic grocery bag.) When doubled, place into a preheated 350 oven for 35 minutes or til done and golden.
