Ever since I was a little girl I have loved playing with paper. A stack of paper was and is a treasure to me. And the fun of making a craft doubles when it is given away. A card can warm a heart. Real mail is the best!
I do not strive for a “store-bought” look with my cards. I just want something that is homey and personal with a handmade look. I don’t use a whole lot of stamps. I don’t own a shape-cutting machine. ( However, I’d like to play with one of those sometime! ) There are many materials already lying around the house that can be used in card making!
